Our leadership team's experience is not theoretical — it is earned through delivery. Across financial services, aviation, retail, and insurance, our principals have designed, implemented, migrated, and operationalized identity infrastructure that serves tens of millions of users across some of the most demanding regulatory and operational environments in the world.

IAM Practice Lead

  • Location: Greater Toronto Area, Canada

    Ramses is the Practice Lead at IAM Solutions Group and one of the foremost practitioners in the Ping Identity ecosystem. With over two decades of hands-on IAM experience, he has led the architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale CIAM and workforce identity programs for Fortune 500 clients across financial services, airlines, retail, insurance, and utilities. 

    Ramses is personally involved in every engagement — from architecture and advisory through to go-live — and is known for building solutions that are secure, scalable, and built to last. He has delivered identity platforms serving hundreds of millions of users, led migrations from competing platforms with zero disruption, and pioneered automated migration frameworks that reduce implementation time by 50%. When you work with ISG, you work with Ramses.

  • Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Rafael brings over two decades of experience in Identity and Access Management, with deep expertise in delivering enterprise-scale solutions using Ping Identity, Okta, RadiantLogic, and Oracle. As a Principal Architect at ISG, he has been involved in every phase of the project lifecycle — from pre-sales and requirements gathering through to final delivery and operations — for some of the largest organizations across the Americas and Europe. Rafael is known for his ability to solve complex identity challenges through creative, unconventional thinking, and for forging strong, lasting relationships with clients throughout his career. His industry experience spans Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Financial Services, and beyond, and he remains committed to staying at the forefront of identity security advancements

Rafael Montano

Senior IAM Architect

  • Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Chris is a Senior IAM Architect with over 20 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions, with a specialization in Directory Services. Throughout his career, he has worked with some of the largest organizations in Canada and the United States, leading engagements across the full project lifecycle — from pre-sales architecture workshops and detailed design through to implementation, testing, and validation. Chris holds an Honours degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Carleton University and brings a strong foundation in network design and software development that complements his deep IAM expertise. His background also includes a Government of Canada Secret (Level II) security clearance, making him uniquely suited for highly regulated and security-sensitive environments.

  • Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Joe is a Senior IAM Architect specializing in Directory Services design and deployment for both workforce and consumer identity programs. With deep expertise in PingDirectory, PingDirectoryProxy, and PingDataSync, Joe has successfully delivered projects ranging from thousands to millions of LDAP entries — consistently on time and to specification — for enterprise clients across North America. He brings hands-on experience with Linux-based infrastructure, on-premises and cloud deployments, and holds Ping Identity certifications in both PingOne and PingOne DaVinci. Joe’s methodical, detail-oriented approach and proven track record of exceeding client expectations make him a critical part of ISG’s delivery capability, particularly for complex, large-scale identity infrastructure programs.

  • Frank is a Regional Sales Director at ISG with over 30 years of experience in Information Technology, spanning operations, sales management, and consultative selling. He has spent more than a decade focused exclusively on Ping Identity IAM solutions — including ForgeRock — serving clients across New England, the Mid-Atlantic, and Southeastern United States. Frank brings a distinctive edge to client engagements: a strong background in accounting and finance that enables him to build compelling TCO and ROI analyses alongside the technical solution. He understands that in today’s environment, value must be demonstrated as clearly as capability — and he does both. Frank is a trusted advisor to the clients he serves, and a consistent advocate for their long-term success.

David has led public company sales organizations, managing teams of 12 account managers to exceed a $48MM quota with zero employee-initiated turnover, and has earned multiple top sales performer honors as an individual contributor. His approach is grounded in solving real business challenges and delivering measurable customer satisfaction — which is exactly what ISG clients experience from day one.
